Getuwell offers convenient drive-up evaluations for patients of all ages, including children—because we know how tough it can be to bring a sick child into a waiting room.
Whether you’re juggling a busy schedule or just want to avoid unnecessary exposure, our medical team will come directly to your car to provide efficient care, testing, and treatment.
Stay comfortably in your vehicle while we take care of the rest.
A drive-up evaluation at Getuwell allows you to receive care from the comfort of your vehicle for common conditions that don’t require entering the clinic. This includes upper respiratory infections, ear infections, sinus issues, pink eye, mild fevers, seasonal allergies, and similar concerns. Our providers come to you—making it a convenient and low-exposure option for busy parents, individuals with mobility concerns, or anyone simply feeling too unwell to come inside.
Arrival and Check-In
No appointment or phone call is necessary. Simply drive up and park in a designated drive-up evaluation spot. A member of our medical team will come out to greet you shortly and begin the check-in process right at your vehicle.
Initial Screening
A staff member will ask a few quick questions to confirm that your symptoms—such as congestion, sore throat, cough, fever, or ear pain—are appropriate for a drive-up evaluation.
Provider Evaluation
A licensed medical provider will perform a focused exam from your car, reviewing your symptoms and medical history, and answering any questions you may have.
Testing (if needed)
If necessary, testing can be performed while you remain in your vehicle. This may include rapid tests for flu, strep, COVID-19, RSV, mono, or a full upper respiratory panel depending on your symptoms.
Results and Treatment Plan
Once your evaluation is complete, you’ll receive personalized care instructions, any needed prescriptions, and recommendations for follow-up—all from the comfort of your car.
