To help us serve you better, please arrive a few minutes early and bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or medication lists. A card will be placed on file at the time of your visit for billing purposes. Insurance Policy
We accept most major commercial insurance plans to make your care more affordable. All copays, deductibles, and uncovered balances are the patient’s responsibility and will be charged to the card on file. If you’re unsure about your coverage, please contact us before your visit—we’re happy to help verify your benefits.
Getting Results
You’ll receive your results as soon as they’re available—either from our in-house team or directly from the lab—delivered securely to your patient portal. Most rapid tests are ready within an hour and often shared during your visit. Labs sent out for testing typically return results within 24–48 hours, unless they are specialty tests, which may take longer.
