To help us serve you better, please arrive a few minutes early and bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or medication lists. A card will be placed on file at the time of your visit for billing purposes. All copays, deductibles, and uncovered balances are the patient’s responsibility and will be charged to the card on file. Getting Results
You’ll receive your results as soon as they’re available—either from our in-house team or directly from the lab—delivered securely to your patient portal. Most rapid tests are ready within an hour and often shared during your visit. Labs sent out for testing typically return results within 24–48 hours, unless they are specialty tests, which may take longer. A provider will review your results and message you with any necessary feedback or next steps. If you have any questions or don’t see your results, feel free to contact us anytime.
