Telehealth Visit

Telehealth Visits in Metro Atlanta

What is a Telehealth Visit?

Telehealth visits offer a convenient way to connect with a licensed provider from the comfort of your home. Whether you need a follow-up, medication refill, or help managing symptoms, our virtual appointments provide timely, personalized care—no travel or waiting room required. It’s a flexible option that keeps your health a priority, wherever you are.

Telehealth appointments are available to patients who have been seen in-office at least once and whose current needs do not require a physical exam or in-person procedures. These visits are ideal for follow-ups, medication refills, or discussing symptoms that can be safely managed virtually—providing convenient, continued care from the comfort of home.

Before your scheduled telehealth appointment, you’ll receive a secure link by text or email about 15 minutes prior to your visit. This link will take you directly to the provider’s virtual waiting room.

Once the provider is ready, your visit will begin through a private, HIPAA-compliant video call. During the appointment, the provider will review your symptoms or concerns, discuss any necessary medications or follow-ups, and answer your questions—just like an in-person visit, but from the comfort of your home.
